Finding the Ode Runestone for Enchanting Writ

Hey,
Im level 27 trying to level up my enchanting and do the writ quests everyday, but for the life of me i cannot find the ode potency rune anywhere at all. Can someone direct me where to look for this rune. This is ridiculous, I have about everything else but this stupid rune. Thanks for the help.

I had a hard time finding these also. While leveling, there are two potencies for each rank, but one is for lower levels, one for higher. You need to farm this in the areas that have mobs that are L10 to L20

Or, do what I did, buy them from a Guild Kiosk. You only need about 5 to 10 of them as the writs ask for a Glyph using one of the potencies and will sometimes ask for the other potency in the range.

Also, keep this in mind as you go so that you buy the next level potencies when you see them cheap in the kiosks.

that's the thing i've been farming that area and still getting nothing. Also been checking the guild stores here and there and nothing. Guess, Ill have to keep on grinding. thanks
