Group queue question

My friends think that kicking offline players in the group will move them up the queue for Cyrodiil campaigns , and I can't convince them that they are wrong. Can someone confirm that it only queues online players in the group, or am I the one that's wrong?

I would say that it does nothing because the first player which joined the queue is in line with the other players in the group following the group leader who joined in the first instance. So it would not make it quicker for you but for others behind you. Pointless, so your assumption is correct and totally logical. The other players offline would be exempt from the queue as they are offline. When they do come back online and want to join you they will have to queue.
