The console version of your game is bordering on a kind of new religion between my friends and I.
Well done.
Anyone I talk to using he area chat sings your praises.
Most players are waaaay too happy with what you have made to come to these forums and complain.
I have seen many negative forum posts from PC transfers complaining about this or that.
I could understand how listening to that might get a tiring.
You made a great console version. You did a good job.
Can we get a few more happy console players to give zos a thumbs up here?

My only problem with the game is seeing peoples PSN ids. Aside from that its perfect in everyway for me.

Just because someone dislikes some features of any platform, it doesn't mean they think it's a bad game. It is still fantastic!

I haven't seen a gold spammer in my text chat (OR mail) in.. oh.. a year? ZOS implemented quite a few things to stop that, and it worked.. whether you choose to believe that or not.

As well, just because some people are unhappy with certain aspects of the game - it does not mean they are unhappy with the game as a whole. I do have some items I would love to have added to the console version, sure, but I still love the game and think they did a great job. (Oh, especially since they added some of the PC ADD-ONS functionality into the base game)

I do enjoy the console version very much, and am happy with it. It gives a different experience than the PC, even just the UI makes it feel new to me. I am disappointed by how restricted I am by voice chat, but I do love that it is a standard feature! Oh, and console only features such as being able to walk/run any speed is amazing!

I am firmly in the pro-text chat camp; but I agree this game is amazing.

I have 2 real wishes for the game:
1. Text chat communication option for those that want to use it (able to be turned off for those that don't).
2. Character name display instead of PSN ID (with the option to switch to PSN IDs or examine a character and get the PSN ID.

Besides these 2 issues, I think this game is absolutely the best. I am extremely happy with it; so even though I think there is room for improvement on these 2 issues, I want to take a moment and thank ZOS for the game they have already given us. It truly has been wonderful to explore Tamriel so far.

There's really no problems with the game until you hit VR ranks and end game content.

1-50 is the best MMO leveling experience there is. Of course people will be happy with that, I know I was. Then you get into abysmal Cyrodil PVP situation and VR grind and 6-8 months or no new content and you see why people are upset.

Now, I've heard this from lurking on this forum and participating in other forums, but I am a console player so didn't experience the PC version myself. So I can't confirm the truth of this, but I don't see the spammer hate that you see in lets say FFXIV:ARR forums, so I believe this to be true.

It is amazing that the people who use spammers as a crutch keep doing this in face of the evidence that spammers are a non-issue (even on PC with Text chat) because of ZOS design decisions in other areas.

Just blows my mind.

Granted, I may be wrong, because I don't play PC to confirm this myself, but from the impressions I have gotten, PC has little to no issues with gold spammers even though it has a chat box.

As a console only player of ESO, I was forced to be a lurker since PC launch. Now that I own a copy of the game, I can join in on the discussions.

But you did. And security measures can only keep them out for a while. What are you people so afraid of? Use your voice its faster and easier. With a PC you play with a keyboard, so typing makes sense.
Here in console land we have controllers and mics. Its good. Actually its great.

Anyways back on topic

Zos made a console masterpiece.
And I am really loving the crafting system.
I am happy about the removal of buff servers.
PvP will prob be fun for newcomers after the proposed changes.

I love the weapon designs. Argonian 2 hander ftw!
