vampirism quest npc not spawning
Contracted vampirism from blood fiend, quest npc will not show(vorundil). Hard reset 4 times, been to a dozen wayshrines, no luck. Of course, bug report feature in game is broken. Being this is a time sensitive quest, i EXPECT a quick response. Being this is the second time ive made this post in tech support. Fix it.
