Having issues after 2.0.11

There is the list I encounter after 2.0.11:
1. Server unstable (encounter lag sometime upto 18k and rubberbanding )
2. Kick from Cyrodill without any error code, Once I kicked 16 time in a hour (Video available if needed)
3.Loading Screen: Load time goes 30 sec to infinite (once i force quit after 30 min )
4. Random Load screen (in Carglorn, Cyrodiil, Deshaan, Stormheaven)
5. Crafting bug with Twine Born Star
6. Character goes under ground at random places (Speed and dismount)
7. FPS issue in Cyrodiil, Hel-Ra & Sanctum
I am really very disappointed with ZOS team, After a year Cyrodill is still broken
