Just got bit by a bloodfiend what do I do now? I don't have a quest appearing or anything please help!!

You must enter and kill what you are bidden to kill.
I recommend bringing food, potions, gear, and whatever you use for luck.

Vampire but I'm going to use my first bite on my friend who's helping me level up my vampire skill tree to level 6 so I can bite him.1
