Best Build Versions ?

AbioticViper
I brought the Pre Order Imperial edition so I can pick any race in any alliance.

My question is what is the strongest PvE build factoring in race and class and whats the strongest PVP build taking into account the same.

Thanks ;)

There is no best class or race, the best builds are the ones with the most synergy between all the individual components.

To answer your question in the most relevant way for a new player about to roll their first character though, IMO Imperial is never a bad choice and is the most flexible choice for every class except maybe Sorc.

If you're not rolling Imperial, each class has racial options that are just as strong but may or may not be as flexible.

    Altmer for Sorc.

    Dunmer for DK

    Bosmer for stamina NB.

    Breton for magicka Templar.

Additionally Redguard is always very strong on a pure stamina melee build, and any of the races with a magicka bonus will be good on a magicka build.

Stamina sorc is weak at the moment.

I have and agree with all of the above but haven't tried Bosmer NB, I went with Imperial.

Bosmer is great for a stam NB, you just can't beat the massive stam regen.
