Connecting to ESO Xbox One on Hotel Wifi

Will be traveling for work soon and would like to bring my One with me to get my ESO fix. I know of the many 'Alternate Mac Address' routes to get onto Xbox Live with Hotel Wifi, but I also know that for some games (like Destiny) this still does not work (e.g. 'canary' error). Does anyone know if ESO for One works with the Alternate Mac Address method on Hotel Wifi?

Qael✭✭✭If you have found a way to make this work, please let me know. I am staying at a hotel and have to do the same kind of hack to make my Xbox connect. I was pumped to have some time to just chill and play ESO when I got back to the hotel, but unfortunately this stupid restriction stopped me from playing also. I am planning to try calling the internet support when I get back to the hotel tonight, but if you know f a workaround I would love to hear it.
And before someone mentions it, no I cannot just use my phone as a hotspot unfortunately.0 -
