Did you just ninja-increase the cost on purifying ritual?

We did not change anything that would've affected the cost of Purifying Ritual. Since the cost scales based on your level, what are you seeing and what's your current level?

My level is VR 14 and I've been using the same gear for quite some time.

The ability used to cost me about 1240 and now it costs 1633.

Curious if others are experiencing the same?

I'll have to check this out tonight. I did have more mana management issues than usual on my healer last night, but assumed that I was off my game after the update/crashcrashcrash/update process. I'm not gonna be happy if it was because my spell costs increased.

Are you using food that increases your max magicka? Since spell cost also increases with gains to max magicka and now food scales, that could explain the increase.

Yeah, I was thinking about that too, but my crushing shock for instance costs the same, so I doubt it is related to that.

same here. do you thin it's possible spell cost reduction was ninja nerfed?

Purifying ritual is the lesser-cost morph, isn't it ? perhaps the morph is buggued now.

Yeah, maybe the cost reduction isn't applied to the morph anymore - good thinking.

Same gear - now it costs 1778.

In fact, all my abilities went up in cost once I put so many points into into the magician that I broke then 6% cost reduction barrier.
