Friends List Is Gone

My Friends List has completely disappeared. Was working fine except I could not send email to a couple of friends, but now it is just completely gone. I've been sending a few unrelated trouble tickets to Bethesda with little or no response (except computer generated ones). Could this be their way of telling me to back off or things will get much worse for me?
