Cannot Login to the game after new patch

I submitted a ticket to ZoS tech support and sick of waiting for them to reply. It seems after every new patch it either breaks the game or the launcher, its getting very annoying. Is anyone else getting the 201 (7:4:409:1007) error when trying to login? If so, have you fixed it? and what did you do to fix it?
