Xbox One - NA server - game crashing help

For the past 24 hours I have been getting the 0x87de0017 crash, and now when I log in I get an error that says that I have been disconnected and need to check that I have a valid internet connection. (I know I do, I have it connected to the router via ethernet cable, and everything else works fine)
I have tried going on other profiles, resetting my Xbox, unplugging everything for 30 seconds, yet the problem persists. Also, it shows a weird position in queue (in picture) of it being 0?
