    I'm disappointed in how this launch was handled. Considering you've had the game running on PC for over a year it seems like you should have been better prepared for the console load.

    Tried making a new account on the Xbox and it says my XBL account is already linked to an ESO account so I need to log in with that one, but I've never successfully logged in

    I'm starting to think I just wasted 100 dollars on this

    The support team, and forums team will get to probely as soon as they can. They are busy getting the console patch comeing out, keep an eye out on the patch notes. To day they are doing mantanice today on the severs ;).

    that is what you sound like. You may not know how companies work since your so pro lol. have you never played a game before? IF you havent had a ticket that lasted months you havent played an mmo. When there are so many players having a successful time playing with no lag, do you start to realize that you might have some crappy connection? Some of us have that fiber hotness and others dont, but sooner or later you should start to realize where the line is and do something about it. =P

    I have a good connection and I have played MMOs, in fact I have ESO o PC. My problem is not connection related and I never even get as far as queuing, it kicks me out as soon as I try to log in. I know for a fact no human has read my ticket because I said in the comments that I tried the workarounds and I just get an automated responses telling me to try the stuff I already tried, and the ticket will be automatically closed if I don't reply within 4 days telling them what I've already told them.

    I've worked in help desks before so I know how it goes, but if it takes over a week for someone to even READ a ticket you need more staff. You know you're going to need them at launch so hire some temps or something

    I guess they are too scared of losing money from people checking the forums before they buy the game to post the KNOWN issues with not being able to login or constantly getting kicked from the game within 30 minutes and usually closer to 5-15 minutes. Meaning the game is basically UNPLAYABLE. I thought games made for Xbox were supposed to be playable like all other games made for Xbox without special needs and settings. That's the whole point of playing on a console I thought.

    yeah a week here for me too...error 301 every single time, no responses from emails...nothing at all...i didnt even bother trying today, not even worth my time, such a waste of $$, they can take my game and shove it...tried everything i found online and forums, not a damn thing works....worst customer service i have had ever, and i have played tons off mmo's

    Wow! I can't believe the super bad CS that you guys offer to *your* customers!

    The *real life persons* who buy your games and make *your salaries* possible!

    I still can't log into the game, open a CS ticket: 150613-004859

    They CS people classified it as '' resolved '' which is totally not the case! Nobody wrote to me, didn't have any feedback...noting at all and I still can't log at all, even after following every advice or possible solution.

    Talk about wasting money.

    ...seriously, very disappointed.

    People who read this by luck and still haven't bought the game, lets' hope you won't have any issue with it because if you do so, CS won't help you at all. Save your money for some other game.

    Another day, another email to them, and another day i CAN'T play....wtf are they doing? Hey!! Mod...answer my damn emails, and do something about no being able to play! Or give me a address to send this PoS game back to you for my $$ back...seriously

    Try hitting up xbox customer service, fhey helped me, its a router issue, you need to forward ports or try changing your primary and seco dary dns numbers, they had me change mi e to 4.2.2.1

    Change dns prinary and secondary

    Primary 4.2.2.1
    Secondary 4.2.2.2

    Internet connection settings through your xbox.

    This is what xbox had me do! And no more 301 error!

    Tried that multiple times since launch still waiting to hear back the automated response is all I've gotten.

    We see that you have had an agent reach out to you regarding this ticket. If you are still experiencing disconnects after performing the steps provided for opening ports for both ESO and Xbox Live, as well as setting your NAT to open, please be sure to reply to your ticket.

    When a response does not resolve your issue, please be sure to reply to it so our agents know to continue troubleshooting as far as they can assist. If a ticket is marked as solved, it can be reopened with a reply.

    Submitting additional tickets for the same issue may actually delay a response, and may be closed as duplicates without a reply.
