I don't see this as a problem. Right now, you have a flood of new players going into ESO on the console. When the PC first came out you couldn't find a free bite. People were charging 20K to get a werewolf bite (and 20K was a good deal, too). The in-game biteconomy settled, and you could eventually get your nibbles for free. Or at most, 2-3K for a player's time to help you out with the bite. But finding free bites isn't too hard today. The consoles are just dealing with supply/demand for an item that's still limited in number.
