My gold disappeared!

Help me please, I already submitted a ticket yesterday but I have no response yet from Zenimax. So I was moving gold around to buy stuff for my new guild of 21 players. We are all lvl 18 and under so gold is very tight. Anyway, my problem is that I put 5000g (90% of my money) into the guild bank to purchase a heraldry for my guild but when I put it in my bank then withdrew it, the money just disappeared in my inventory. I checked my guild history and no one took it as I am the only one who can take it out at the moment. The weird thing is that it doesn't even say I put it there or withdrew it. I also checked my personal bank. I don't know about you but 5000g is a lot of gold right now

check the history of bank transactions in your guild menu it maybe that you have a guildie that stole it

oops reread after I skimmed and posted it looks like you checked...i would suggest filling out a ticket atm, but with the pc crash going on I would expect it might be a few days before you hear anything back. be sure to include as much specific info as you can...like exact gold amounts, the exact time it occurred, which bank you deposited and withdrew from etc...that usually helps them locate the missing items/gold easier

I did check it and no one took it, no one is even able to take it out but me. The weird thing is that it doesn't even say I put in the money or took it out... It literally disappeared out of thin air

Are you a member of more than one guild? I have dropped stuff in the wrong guild bank before ...

I had literally the same issue I checked history on everything and my 5k just disappeared I was infuriated.

Also I put a ticket in for it like 4 days ago they never got back to me about it. Good to know they have customer service.

I got a reply from them just asking for a bit answer lvl, I emailed them the extra info and now I am waiting on more.

Try having 170,000 disappear on you. That's right. Now my guild is gonna think I'm just some greedy money hungry dude because all the gold I was putting back has vanished... Fix the f***kin game please.

I also ran into this issue today. I put 30,000 gold into the guild bank (I'm in one guild). I checked history and guild gold total. Both never moved. Checked all my character's and my personal bank. It was no were. I put another 100 gold in for a test. Both history and guild gold updated instantly for the 100 gold. >.< I have not seen my 30k gold yet...

^ Maybe trying to move large amounts of gold is causing the problem if moving smaller amounts works.

I had over 30,000 disappear from my personal bank a few weeks ago & support couldnt find 'anything unusual' with my account.
Im not too concerned about the missing gold, it is all my crafting items disappearing I am worried about so support recommended I keep a list of bank contents but it changes so often there is no point.

I keep most of my gold on my main & all of my purple & gold crafting items on an alt now. Just not worth the risk.

Just had a guildmate say they had gold vanish when they deposited gold into the guild bank a few days ago & the leader of another guild say that a deposit into his guild vanished. This bug needs to be addressed quickly.

Our problem is on PC.
