Another common courtesy for me which should be a no-brainer : if you see me fighting a crab, please do not come over to help me kill it. I am trying to build my sword skills. Seriously!

Often every player around you can hear your baby crying, or your mom yelling at you, or your music blaring because your kinect is acting like a microphone for your voice chat. PLEASE disable public chat if you have a lot of ambient background noise. This is extremely annoying and until we get a Mute Player button, the only option is for those around you to leave the area or leave chat themselves.
If your kid is saying "Daddy, play with me!" Into your headset microphone, we can all hear that. Please be a good parent first, and a good gamer second. Do your best to keep unwanted or potentially annoying things coming through chat. No one wants to hear you DJ music while you're playing ESO. Thanks everyone.

My wife said to our infant daughter "Where's daddy?" And my daughters first reaction was to look over at the computer for me. That's when I realized I needed to make serious changes in my habits and how I spent my time at home. My kids deserve better than what I was giving them. So everyone out there - put down the controller and spend time with your kids, read them a story, kiss them goodnight, and then come on here and defend your keep!
I was in the market place in Auridon two days ago working on some crafting, when all of a sudden I hear a couple's heated argument about how he lays about all day masturbating and playing games. She goes on to call him a useless father and boyfriend and she doesn't know why she continues to stay with him.
What follows can only be described as chaos, and then the mic goes silent for the remainder of my time in the marketplace.
First murder over voice maybe?

One told me to "**** off!" very rudely, and since then, I don't even bother with local chats, since when I do try, I just get told to go back into the kitchen or whatever.
