Potential solution tp Explorers/Imperials problem......+ mini rant

1) If we were to drop real world money now on the crown store and buy the Explorers/Imperials packs we'd be credited with them yes? So why not just turn them 'on' so to speak for the people who are due it but don't havnt been credited with it? And worry about the full fix knowing people have been at least sorted out for the time being. All my mates went Daggerfall but I don't wanna make toons from that faction so I cant play.

2) Ok I know they are swamped with complaints/tickets but the level of communication is very poor. Why isn't the issue of people not being credited with Explorer and Imperial upgrades posted in the Known issues thread? Why was the Trending topic of that keeping us updated on the situation removed? Why when I sent an Email on the 10th asking about my Explorer/Imperial packs missing did they just send a reply saying what ye get when you have them?? And since then nothing, not even a courtesy email to say sorry this issue isn't resolved but we are working on it. Then after a conversation on twitter I was told to submit a ticket and was guaranteed a human response within 24 hours......you can guess how that turned out....smh!!! If the problems are taking time to fix at least have enough respect for your customers to keep in touch and let them know whats happening. Maybe then it wouldn't feel like we'd been absolutely stitched up...........
