and please check with the guy who lost all his stuff and the game kicked him into a new player status (while beeing vr14) if that is happening more often it would been horrible

We are.
Publishing incrementals, particularly if they are adding new stuff like 2.0.11 is, on the PTS in advance of Live would be a good way to do this.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »We're still assessing the scope of the issue and potential fixes - we'll let everyone know the status of the EU patch as soon as we can.

hey name-sister since i have your attention : your internal testing is not really working how about inviting some involved players to a closed beta where they can test and give feedback before you release anything ? give them crowns or ingame stuff as a reward for it .

Just stop making food, looking at recepies and anythong close to it.... just let them be
I'm eagerly awaiting them rolling this patch to the EU servers if they don't fix it completely on the NA first.
That smiley face will come back to haunt them once the EU folks explode at them for rolling a known crash prone patch on them.
The forums will be entertainment for hours.
And the fact they are still going full speed ahead on the EU servers with people crashing constantly NA servers seems even beyond their usual lack of judgement.

Their developers are probably outsourced to India and are just getting into work. Look for a fix in the next couple hours.

Costs money , ESO does not get funding for things like this.
I imagine Zenimax Q/A , support more like this.
As a beta tester for ESO consoles, I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to our american friends on the US ESO PC server that for over a year now have been beta testing patches for the EU ESO PC players!
Many thanks!
