We're still assessing the scope of the issue and potential fixes - we'll let everyone know the status of the EU patch as soon as we can.

and please check with the guy who lost all his stuff and the game kicked him into a new player status (while beeing vr14) if that is happening more often it would been horrible

I've already laid a bet that the EU patch will go live with the crash intact.

hey name-sister since i have your attention : your internal testing is not really working how about inviting some involved players to a closed beta where they can test and give feedback before you release anything ? give them crowns or ingame stuff as a reward for it .

Publishing incrementals, particularly if they are adding new stuff like 2.0.11 is, on the PTS in advance of Live would be a good way to do this.

Yes, more testing please before anything goes live! It might catch things like what we just saw!

So... People who like to do vet pledges should do them without food. People in PvP getting crashed by trolls linking recipes. People can't use guild stores, banks, provisioning. Some of us still pay sub BTW. And according to you it is aaaaal fine? OK, good for you.

I'm eagerly awaiting them rolling this patch to the EU servers if they don't fix it completely on the NA first.

That smiley face will come back to haunt them once the EU folks explode at them for rolling a known crash prone patch on them.

The forums will be entertainment for hours.

And the fact they are still going full speed ahead on the EU servers with people crashing constantly NA servers seems even beyond their usual lack of judgement.

If they roll it out and crashes on EU continues, then...well, it will be so entertaining, I'll be awake until 1:00 a.m.

Which is kinda unhealthy for me, you know...

T minus 3 hours till the EU servers get this same stability patch ;)
  • justin.sniesakub17_ESO
Nope it has not. Why? Because their devs went home for the day, and so the team that patches will just go ahead right on schedule and plan, enjoy!

Their developers are probably outsourced to India and are just getting into work. Look for a fix in the next couple hours.
  • justin.sniesakub17_ESO
Possibly, I have doubts solely from the amount of devs and their "QA" team (I use that term VERY loosely) that are on ESO live.

Costs money , ESO does not get funding for things like this.

I imagine Zenimax Q/A , support more like this.

This is a great new addition to the game, and something a lot of us have been asking for. A real shame it hasn't been a smooth integration, but these things will happen. But I am sure once the problem is sorted, these xp boosters will be well worth the trouble.

Thanks to all the crew who are working hard right now to fix this. Your efforts are appreciated :)
