character is stuck in loading screen

hi, my character is stuck in the loading screen, i walked north of grahtwood and went through a cave into reapers march and now it wont let me on the character, i log in to it and it comes up with grahtwood load screen then changes to reapers march load screen then crashes, it says "unable to connect to game server", ive created other characters and it lets me on them, has anyone else experienced this?
