Xbox One - Unable to connect NA Megaserver

I'm able to currently connect to EU megaserver just fine however keep getting the error message Login Failed - connection timed out connecting to the NA megaserver.

    reset my internet, the error message keeps changing, so hopefully I'll be able to get in soon.
