As for the OP, glyphs require three types of runes to be made. Aspect, Essence and Potency.
Aspect runes decide the strength of the glyph. For writs you want Ta as it's the most common and the only type accepted.
Essence runes decide the type of rune. i.e. Flame, Frost, Health, etc.
Potency runes decide the level that the glyph is for.
So for your Trifling glyph, you want Makko (for magicka), Jora (for trifling) and Ta (for reasons).THE DOCTA MCSAUCE OF NERDSAUCE

✭✭✭✭✭Anyone who has been doing enchanting for a while have Ta's coming out of their ears, so if you join a guild you can trade or buy some cheap. I have almost 800 of them for instance.
Deconning Glyphs you get from mobs is a great way to level Enchanting, and you will get Ta's from doing that. There is a passive in the Enchanting that increases the chance, unlock that when you can.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
