[xbox one] bloodthorn plot - talk to lambur (bug/glitch)

My current goal is to "talk to lambur" (his icon is at stonetooth fortress)
in "the bloodthorn plot" quest.
Trouble is, lambur won't appear.
the icon is there as well as the prompt to press a, but he's not there.
Logging out doesn't correct the issue.
please help.

    Ok, a hard reset fixed it.
    Thankfully I tried that as a last ditch effort before abandoning the quest.

    So, if you're on xbone and get glitched that a logout won't fix, hard reset the console (hold the power button on the box for 10 sec) before you give up and abandon the quest.
