You can find that inside of random Desks/Drawers/Wardrobes/trunks/chests/Heavy sacks/Backpacks/Urns. I'm sure there are a few more things you can look in, but you usally can not look in Crates, sacks, bags, barrels, bottles, jugs, produce, because these will just give you provisional materials. Another great way is to get a lot of friends in-game!! Because if you have a friend that already has that book he/she might be nice enough to give it to you
