Booted back to log in

Consistently getting booted back to log in.
I can run any other online game no problem. In fact can run 2 ps4's playing online together or different games while also streaming netflix on pc.
Sometimes will be online with ESO for 45 minutes sometimes it is only a few steps then booted back to login and then back into queue when busy.
Doesn't matter if in populated area or if i'm doing something or not. I realize mmo's have issues. I get it. But iv'e got friends who aren't having any problems.
What gives? It's starting to get old.
Crown store works. I bought Plus and received everything right away. Bought extra crowns, they showed up right away.
Anyone have these issues and got it worked out? What did you do to resolve it?
