I hope someone from Beth ZOS reads this thread, as this is getting annoying when I play.
I would like a setting where I only allow Voice Chat when in a party.
In a perfect an average world: In the settings menu, they should just add tick boxes for the different kind of voice chat:
area chat
group chat
raid chat
private chat
...

I agree with this one, but the Dev's also works.
One way of doing it is to create a private chat on the PS4 this creates your own voice channel and mutes the games voice chat.

isnt it just unbelievable how many people use really **** Mics....... walk in to a tavern and all of a sudden i cant hear anything because the feedback is horrendous!

Except they still hear you... Kinect will pick up the room noise if I dont leave chat. In party chat quite a bit but for the times I am not have to go in and manually leave all the time.
