So when is consoles getting text chat ?

not even a week and i'm already sick and tired of this voice chat BS
i haven't talked to my guild mates because of this voice chat system, proximity chat means we have to be near each other, the only time i'm anywhere near players is in town and the only time i wanna be around other players is for dungeons,dolmens,zone bosses, but i like to chat with guild mates when i'm questing so this voice chat system is not doing it for me and i'm really used to text chat anyway. PS4 has its own chat system for ANY game so really not including a text chat is a step backwards for a MMO game like this.
