Used Group Finder for to find players for a dungeon and it said that they are in a different "version" I thought we were all supposed to be on the same server....

Hey there, @oXb3. Is the game offering to have you travel to player when you see this message? If so, they're likely in an different instance than you are. If that's not happening, do you mind letting us know the exact message you're seeing when you try to group? Thanks!

The game is saying that they are in a different "version" of Auridon and I have to travel to there. It made it seem like they were on a different shard or something...but there are not supposed to be shards which is why I was confused...

Quest progression sometimes does this. Ppl start the quest before you join the group or before you enter the dungeon.
    PC stuff all over again.

    Resolve.
Have all ppl leave the dungeon
    Drop the dungeon quest
    Disband the group
Regroup and wait for all to enter and then start fresh dungeon/quest

The message you are seeing is this ---- > While there is one SERVER, there are multiple INSTANCES of the same areas, which makes it so you don't have to fight 10,000 people for the same mobs while questing. When you travel to a player it moves your character to their instance so you can quest together.
