PS4 Black avatars and scattering in buzzy areas how to temporarily fix

The problem with the PS4 and Xbox one is the hard drive, it's way to slow to posses players armours and ending up in black avatar's, temporarily solution is to reduce resolution from 1080p to 720p, other solution i found it worked great was installing as SSD.
For me i can confirm that black avatars are gone and the stater was reduced at least by 80%.
