Will the next major patch be purchaseble DLC and what it will contain?!

I was wondering where the game is heading and what kind of content we expect to get in the near future and in what form. I inclined to believe that the next patch will be the first purchasable DLC in ESO, but I'm not sure what it will contain. I've seen some threads talking about some new sets, a while back I've seen zos promoting the implementation of new zones, Imperial city, arenas, maybe we will even get some kind of customization to already existing characters (appearance change, race change, character name change, weapons trait change maybe, etc).
What kind of content do you think we will get in the first DLC and when do you think it will happend?

The first DLC, Orsinium - formerly called Wrothgar - will include the Wrothgar PvE zone in eastern High Rock and will release after the next free update.
