Group finder doesn't appear to be working

Just wanted to get some confirmation on whether group finder works at the moment? Ive been queuing up for any dungeon since lvl 15. Im now level 42 and i have had no luck at finding anyone for dungeons. Sometimes ill find ive been randomly removed from queue other times ill have been in queue for 6 hours. Other than that its been an amazing game and has been a blast to have a true mmo experience on my xbox one
