(PS4) Not getting imperial or explorers content
So i am in ireland and got the phyisical copy of ESO imperial edtion and then i put the code i got with it inside its says thanks the code is now redeemed and i go on and nothing 
cant be imperial or have no pets mounts NOTHING!! not even the explorers pack works ..what the hell did i spend €130 On this is crazy .. this happen to anyone else on ps4 EU :-(
