How do you get Ilessan Tower done? I'm trying to get all the icons filled in, and this one, and the other ones close to it, elude me...

Haha, i remember this one. Theres a trap door on the ground inside the rubble I think.

As Raj said, there is a trapdoor to enter. It is the first delve you encounter, so just in case you found the trapdoor and don't know what to do...
The purpose of the delve is to find the bosslike creature and kill it. There is no quest marker or anything for him, once inside. There are often quests in delves, but they do not contribute to completing it, just killing the boss.

all delves (afaik) have a skyshard inside it, so you might want to locate that too.

lol yeah, back at PC launch it took me forever to figure out how to get into Ilessan Tower. Actually, it took me forever to figure out that it was a delve in the first place...
