Group Finder Working? Xbone

Is group finder currently working? I've queued multiple times for the first AD dungeon and never got matched. One time I had it sitting in there for 2 hours+. I find it hard to believe that nobody would be doing dungeons with the number of players in that level range of 12-15.

I have also tried this and it is not working for me either.
