Locating the horse that came with Imperial Edition
OK, call me putz or whatever, but how in the world do I locate the horse that is included with the Imperial Edition. The menu says unlocked, just like my little Mudcrab buddy, but no horse for me. Appreciate all help.
This may be an unusually long load time, unable to connect to server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection.

There is a known issue that some people who recently purchased the Imperial and/or explorers pack edition for console, where they are not getting the items that should have come with these packs.
Its mentioned in the tech support part of the forums, and also posted as a known issue here-
