Bethesda, I apologize for my rant yesterday. Today everything worked fantastic. I can finally enjoy the awesome game you have made ... no refund demand needed. 1 d/c today after 2 hours of play is 1000% better than the last 2 days. Thank you. Ya'll admitted your fail and fixed it promptly. Let this be the console WOW because I'm in.

Apologize to ZOS. They're the ones who are devs and fixers. Bethesda simply owns the franchise I believe... not entirely sure how much work they actually put in.

I think Bethesda's work involves turning a blind eye.

But @Gabriel_Froste is right. Apologize/thank ZOS.

Bethesda and ZoS are owned by the same umbrella corporation, and Bethesda still owns The Elder Scrolls and is in charge of making new titles in the main series, where as ZoS was created with the sole purpose of making, running and maintaining Elder Scrolls Online.

At least this is what I believe to be true through conversations and discussion.

Why anyone is appologizing to this company is beyond me. They launched a broken/buggy game last year. They relaunched the game (Unlimited)without fixing the inherent flaws that discouraged players. Then launched the game on console unsmoothly without properly testing it, and still with the same inherent conceptual flaws. Somewhere along the way they went Buy-2-Play after insisting it wouldn't happen. And it's been how long since they released any new content?

Appologize to Zos? Surely you jest!

I think that you are forgetting the fact that you are talking to a bunch of console noobs that didn't know the game existed until a month ago. Also the same people that aren't entirely sure what an MMO is.
