I understand the long queue and lag but the crashing has got to change

Ok I get the long waits to get on and the lag and server problems and I'm more than willing to be patient with that, typical launch stuff.
But the crashing to home screen every 20 mins has to get fixed soon. It's not fair that some players don't experience this at all while others like me wait 10 mins to get in just to crash 20-30 mins later and go through it again. How come this only affects certain people?
Not trying to be a complainer and I love the game and am willing to tough it out through the bugs but pls get the crashing fixed it's getting worse
