Any ways to Rank up faster? Currently Level 22, Sorceror, Aldmeri Dominion, Breton?

Grind mobs... Find a place with mobs that spawn fast and kill them over and over and over and over. Pull mobs in a large group. Group with 1 other person to maximize XP. AOE everything.

P.S. Please do not ask where to grind. No one will tell you here.
