What do i do with an eltheric grouper other than sell it?

With mob drop rare collectibles you use them to add them to your collection for collectible achievements. I am pretty sure you don't need to do this for fishing so check that the fish is listed in your fishing achievements as being caught, then just sell it.

There is no cooking fish or using them as a trophy.
