Why haven't I received my crown. Paying an extra $15 a month for nothing or what?

    Have you received your Crowns and other goodies yet? I JUST spent my $15 this afternoon and nothing yet.
    This may be an unusually long load time, unable to connect to server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection.

    suport says it could take 24-48 hours to get them, im at about 30hours right now

    I am at about 40-45 hours later and still nothing yet. How can you check if the xp boost is working? Also how do I get my imperial horse

    I'm having the same problem, Bought them from the PlayStation Store yesterday morning,

    I haven't received my ESO Plus with buffs or crowns or 750 crowns I bought extra, or my Explorer's Pack,

    I contacted ESO Customers Support by email multiple times and no they where no help,

    I have also tried multiple log outs and closing the game, PS4 restarts and still nothing.

    I've been waiting 5 days since the game was released on ps4 and i still didnt receive my exploer's pack i get free with the game or ESO plus and my crowns that i paid for elder scrolls online support i mailed 3 times and they just keep saying to reboot the game and logout for 5 minutes and so on then log back in but nothing works..its either get my stuff i paid for or my money back i spent nearly 40euro on them.
