What is the chance of finding a racial style motif for crafting?

Kinda easy if you look hard enough, I found argonian racial style at like level 3 or 4 in first city, Daggerfall covenant.

The blue ones aren't so hard to find altho you will likely be stealing to get them so be prepared.
Just check all dressers, trunks, cabinets, backpacks, urns and such as you go.

The purple ones (Primal, Barbaric) found in the first 5 vet zones and the other two (Ancient Elf, Daedric) found in the second set of Vet zones.

The only gold one, Imperial, is fairly rare but can be found anywhere.

Dwemer is a special case and is found in pots, jugs, jars in Dwemer ruins. It comes in chapters (swords, shields, boots etc)
There is an entire Dwemer book but I've never seen it to date, so that's very rare.

Just loot everything that's not a basket/food container. You can loot faster if you turn on autoloot in the gameplay settings, though you won't see what you're picking up until you go through your inventory.

The blue ones aren't that rare. They usually drop from things like desks, wardrobes, backpacks etc. but *not* from food containers or crates.

Also check the guild stores, you often find motifs for sale there ...

When you deconstruct an item there is an insperation attribute the gives you a chance to learn that motif I learned the nord and red guard motifs that way

No no. . . the inspiration attribute only provides more crafting experience than other weapons/armor when deconstructing.
