Championship Points After 1.6

I received 70 championship points after the 1.6 transition for all my characters. If I re-roll a new character now will that one also receive the 70 or just the CP I have gained since 1.6 went live?

Yep, your L3 fresh out of Coldharbor will have all the benefits of those CPs. Come to think of it, you might be able to apply them to your character while in the Prison, not sure. I have 8 slots filled so I can't answer that.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I have created a couple and all the CP I have was available on the new characters to add.

You will NOT gain CP while playing those low level characters though until they reach Vet levels.

Any CP you earn on your other VET Level characters will also transfer to those lower characters though.

I've created a few alts since 1.6 and they've all had the CP.

That should be applied to your account, rather than an individual character. Just like when you gain CPs now, they are applied towards all characters on that account.

CP are account-wide, so you should get the full 70, plus any you've earned after transition. Makes for interesting starting characters, since you can spend CP regardless of character level.

Think of it as the fact that you have been granted Champion Level 70 rather than been given 70 CPs. :)

Yes you will get at least the 70 CPs in addition to any other CPs you've collected along the way
