If you want to join an already established Guild wth a PvP Castle, Guild Trader and Heraldry we are negotiating mergers.
All of your members would skip straight from Recruit to Elder (over 60 of our members are still recruits) and Guild royalty would be made High Elders (currently less than 10 High Elders) and still have full control of your pre existing members but with more resources at your disposal.
Requirements to typically achieve those ranks are as follows:
Current Ranks***:
Recruit - New members, you will remain a recruit until you have reached level 10 and can list 5 members* in the guild that you recruited.
Elder - Standard members, you will remain an Elder until you reach level 20 and can list 10 more members* (15 total) that you recruited.
High Elder - Elite members, you have proven your valor and dedication, you now have control over your own domain thus you will be free to answer only to the Council.
Chancellor - Council members, you have been chosen by the council to take the step above High Elder and now carry the authority to make Guild decisions. You answer only to the Grand Chancellor in the event of Council vote tie breakers only.
Grand Chancellor - Council Leader, you have been voted by the Chancellors as the leader of the Elder Council. You have highest authority and must solve all disputes in the event of Council vote ties.
*members must remain active every third day to count towards any promotions.
We mean no offense by this and feel this could be a mutually beneficial situation to both strengthen our Alliance and position you on the fast track for success with far more resources at your disposal.
Also note that by becoming a High Elder you find yourself only one step away from our Elder Council (consisting of Chancellors and myself) where you may one day find yourself ruling in my stead as Grand Chancellor if the council sees fit to vote accordingly. (Base on merit and activity)
If you ARE interested my PSN is ConnorJS.
If you ARE NOT interested we take no offense and wish you the best of luck! Thank you for your time.
