How to sprint on PS4

Sorry for the noob question but I cant figure out how to sprint (run, not mounted). I spent sometime looking on forums and other sites and saw others say on ps4 to sprint hold down L1 or L2 which doesnt work for me.

I had hard time to figure it out myself. Its not that easy to understand.
When you run, you use the left mini joystick or L3. If you want to sprint you need to push down this mini joystick while you are running.

This shows all the controls But yes, press down the left joystick while moving it in the direction you want to run

PS - if you are out of stamina you will not be able to run
