oehk✭✭That is their generic error statement. Since launch on console, successful logins have been an issue. Just keep retrying, and eventually they will get their act together.
Side note, I've noticed that even after getting to the queue, if I back out and walk away to get a drink before pressing A again, I notice it must still be trying to login because several times I come back to the character select screen and did not attempt a second login after backing out to 1st screen again.0
