Is there a way to turn subtitles on for the PS4 version of ESO?

    That's what I'm thinking, I went through the menus several times with no luck, I'm sure it will be in there later.

    Yeah cause I keep volume low in the evening so I don't wake anyone up and some parts get really hard to hear
