Hmm, well as a dest/resto sorcery I picked clothier and woodworking so I could craft my own stuff...now I am working on alchemy too.

Depends, if your going Stamina, you want Medium Armor, if your going magic, you want Light and some Heavy.

For the Bow, obviously, Woodworking

You should do them all. Its not that hard. Just deconstruct everything you don't need. You may want to also lvl up blacksmithing in case you ever want to make daggers or swords.'

My DK has All professions lvl 50 except for Alchemy. I did Alchemy 50 on my Nightblade.
