Can't even get to character selection

So I have played the game twice since release, on at 2am and one in the afternoon, however whenever I try to login now, I select European server and it just sits on the load screen with the wheel spinning. Yesterday was around an hour until the point I gave up as I had to get ready for work. Last night 2 am European server was having maitenance (hopefully to fix that) so I am entered into a queue of which I was something ridiculous like 283617 and said wait time Apox 1 second, 20 minutes later I'm too tired and want to go to bed!
So in actual fact I can't even play a game I have waited over a year for and paid £50 for! If I could get a refund right now I would, as I have already sent a ticket about this yesterday morning and not had a response, I commented on another thread last night and there has been no response, so there has not even been a helpful suggestion from the company either!

My internet connection is fine, the Xbox connection is fine, I'm signed in, everything else works but this stupid game!

Does anyone else have a similar problem or suggestion?

Had the same issues from the launch, created my character that's it, not been logged on since! Well frustrating
