Guild invite needs to be changed/shared forum/in guild trader

This is seriously bad why are console players and PC players sharing a forum? PS4 and X1 I could see sharing a forum but honestly why is everyone thrown together? Makes it harder for us to find threads that pertain to our system.
Now on to my main rant, whose idea was it to make you type in the persons gamer tag in order to invite them to your guild? That person(s) need to be fired and I'm not kidding. How hard would it have been to put an invite to guild button on the interaction menu or in the group menu? I suppose it bugs me more since so much was done very well. This is really my only complaint besides invisible enemies and a lack of in guild trading for non pvp guilds.
So I guess small guilds and non pvp guilds aren't going to be able to trade internally? Whose idiotic idea was that? I know you can join 5 guilds but I feel like that's not going to fix it. Please consider adding this feature.
