I have quests or parts of them and the character I need to talk is invisible and I can't complete it? What can I do?

Put a ticket to support so they can investigate. There has been many quests where quest objectives or npcs are invincible - therefore players are unable to interact with them. Please place a ticket for support would be your best bet (and hope that it will get fixed soon ™ ).

Its the server lagging it happened with the PC for about a month until the lag died down and they patched the game each night.

and by patched I mean restarted the server for one reason or another. After a while they would disappear again until another server reboot.

This is because the quest char is visible in another phase, I remember logging on and off until I found a phase that had the quest char. Somtimes it would only take 4-5 log offs (Balrath took 13 or 14 log offs until he showed up)

I got a reply from Zenimax about this. Here's what they said:

    Greetings,

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited team. We understand that some of the quests in the lands of Tamriel are not displaying correctly. It’s possible that there may be an issue with the phase your character is currently in.

In order to resolve this, we recommend fully logging out of your game and power cycling your console. Please keep in mind that in order to enter a new phase, you will need to stay logged out for at least five minutes. If you do not stay logged out for five minutes, the phase will not properly reset.

Due to the excitement surrounding the launch of The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, we are currently experiencing a larger than normal queue volume and wait times may vary.

This worked for me, and should work for anybody having this issue. Pretty simple fix.

The Daggerfall Bank lady seems to go invisible for me most often.
I just hop on the ship and go to another location and then come back and her invisibility problem is fixed.
