Screen UI Boundrys Adjust BROKEN, please fix.

So the edit screen to adjust where the edge of our UI can go to seems to be broke, leaving the UP i.e compass and party UI too close to the center of the screen, but when edited and saved it doe snot work or stay saved as you can see in my video... http://tinyurl.com/nos8tew
